Activities strictly necessary for the operation of the site and the provision of navigation service on the platform.
The computer systems responsible for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The data collected in the case of online counseling request will be first name, last name, e-mail and company (optional). In order to carry out the online counseling, you will be sent, by e-mail, the access link to the anonymous Swiss Meet platform of Infomaniak NETWORK SA, Geneva. Through the link you will be able to access the meeting with the counselor without the need to download the platform/system. Webcam activation is optional. Communications are encrypted and the platform provider stores data in datacenters located exclusively in Switzerland.

- Retention period: data collected for the purpose of processing user-submitted requests will be retained for 1 year.
c) Direct Marketing of the Holder, newsletters, market research or other sample research and direct sales to receive – through automated means such as e-mail or Sms or other means, as well as by telephone calls through operator and paper mail – informative material, for the detection of the degree of satisfaction, promotional, commercial and advertising material or concerning events, initiatives, courses promoted by the Holder.
Retention period: until consent is revoked.

To whom will the personal data collected be disclosed?
Data of a personal nature provided will be disclosed to recipients, who will process the data as responsible individuals acting under the authority of the Data Controller and Data Processor, for the purposes listed above.
Precisely, the data will be disclosed to:
(a) entities that provide services for the management of the information system used by AerreDesign and telecommunications networks (including e-mail);
(b) individuals who support the data controller in the management of web platforms;
(c) firms or companies as part of assistance and consulting relationships;
d) competent authorities for fulfillment of obligations of laws and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request;
(e) companies that provide services for sending newsletters.
The list of Data Processors is constantly updated and available at the office of the data controller.
Communication of data abroad
AerreDesign relies exclusively on certified and secure service providers who. (i) are established in Switzerland or (exceptionally) in the European Union, and (ii) process personal data in Switzerland or (exceptionally) in the European Union. Disclosures of personal data to states that do not adequately protect the data with respect to Swiss law and European law are therefore excluded, subject to disclosures based on the prior and express consent of the data subject, respectively on his or her explicit instruction, or performed by virtue of a legal obligation.
Is the provision of data mandatory? Or is it required? Or is it optional?
The provision of navigation data (purpose (a)) is mandatory as it is done automatically to allow you to browse the site. The provision of data first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone is necessary to send a contact request by filling out the forms located in the “CONTACT” section (purpose b)). It remains optional to enter the field “company”. Failure to provide first name, last name and e-mail and telephone address will result in the impossibility of sending the request. Failure to provide the company name will not have negative consequences or will not affect the sending of the contact request. Under the conditions set forth in the DPA, the Controller specifically recognizes the following rights (non-exhaustive list):To have the illegality of a personal data processing established.
- Obtain correction of inaccurate or outdated personal data:
- Be informed in writing and free of charge if personal data concerning you are being processed;
- Revoke the consent to data processing you have previously given;
- Prevent the disclosure to third parties of personal data worthy of special protection;
- Express your opinion on an automated individual decision or request that it be reviewed by an individual person;
- To obtain delivery of personal data or to demand its transmission to third parties;
- Request that data processing be stopped, that disclosure to third parties be prevented, or that personal data be rectified or destroyed;
- Right to request that a certain processing of personal data be prohibited, a certain disclosure of personal data to third parties be prohibited, or personal data be deleted or destroyed;
- if neither the accuracy nor the inaccuracy of the personal data can be proven, request that a note be added to the data noting its disputed nature;
- Request that the rectification, destruction, blocking, especially that of disclosure to third parties, as well as mention of the disputed character or judgment be disclosed to third parties or published;
- To have the illegality of personal data processing established.
Subject to any other administrative and judicial remedies, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority (Switzerland: SDPC).
You may exercise your rights as expressed by the DPA by contacting the Controller via info@aerredesign.ch.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional recourse, if you believe that the processing of data about you violates the provisions of the DPA You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority (Switzerland: SDPC).
To stop receiving automated direct marketing communications (e-mail, sms) it will be sufficient to write at any time an e-mail to info@aerredesign.ch with the subject line “unsubscribe from automated marketing “.
